INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Reyland Company Inc. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

SERVICES
Reyland Company Inc. provides business consulting and advisory services to small and mid-size companies within the United States. The scope of services for each engagement will be defined in a written agreement, proposal, or statement of work.

PRICING
Pricing for services is negotiated on a per-project, retainer, or advisory basis depending on the scope, duration, and complexity of the engagement. All fees will be clearly outlined in a written agreement prior to commencement of services.

PAYMENT TERMS
Invoices are issued in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule outlined in the engagement agreement. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified in writing. Payments must be made in U.S. dollars.

LATE PAYMENTS
Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum amount permitted by law, whichever is lower. Reyland Company Inc. reserves the right to suspend services until outstanding balances are paid in full.

CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms outlined in the written agreement. Clients are responsible for payment of all services rendered and expenses incurred up to the termination date.

REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of consulting services, fees for services already performed are non-refundable. Any refundable amounts, if applicable, will be specified in the governing engagement agreement.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement unless disclosure is required by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Reyland Company Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. Liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable state jurisdiction in which the company operates.

MODIFICATIONS
Reyland Company Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the company website.
